Preston Garland, Mt. Blue senior: A Varsity Maine All-State selection, Garland is the top returning lightweight in the state, coming off a season in which he won the Class A North and state titles at 106 pounds.
Martina Gili, Maine Central Institute senior: As a junior, Gili won the 138-pound title at the Skowhegan Open and then captured the 145-pound championship at the girls state meet, winning each of her matches by pinfall. She finished fourth at New Englands.
Jace Goodrow, Mt. Blue junior: A returning regional champion at 113 pounds, Goodrow finished third at the Class A championships.
Dillon Gray, Mt. Blue junior: Gray has been a consistent contributor to the Cougars during his career. Last year, he was the Class A North champion at 150 pounds and finished third at the state meet.
Kaydn Hansen, Mt. Blue sophomore: The daughter of Mt. Blue head coach Mike Hansen was dominant in the girls ranks last season, winning the 114-pound state title, with two victories by technical fall.
Ava McGinnis, Nokomis junior: As a sophomore, McGinnis captured the 152-pound championship at the girls state meet and went on to a runner-up finish at the New England girls tournament.
Cohen Swoveland, Waterville sophomore: Swoveland had a strong freshman season, earning runner-up finishes at 113 pounds at both the Class B South and state championships.
Antonio Vieira, Mount View senior: The top returner for the Mustangs, Vieira won the 138-pound Class B North championship and was the runner-up at the state meet.
Owen Vigue, Winslow sophomore: As a freshman, Vigue captured the Class B South title at 106 pounds and was runner-up at the state championships.
Brooklynn Webber, Mt. Blue senior: Webber has had success in multiple weight classes in her career. She moved up two classes and beat Piper Leone of Belfast for the 126-pound title at the girls state meet, and also won tournaments at 114 and 120 pounds.
