Forest Hills boys basketball coach Anthony Amero reached the 400-win milestone Tuesday night as the Tigers rolled to a 78-40 win over Greenville in a Class S South game in Jackman.

Amero, in his 29th season as head coach, has guided Forest Hills to four Class D state championships.

Jaxson Desjardins paced the Tigers (6-2) with 24 points. Aaden Nadeau scored 16 and Maddox Cuddy had 15.

Elijah Denham and Landon Theriault each scored 15 points for Greenville (2-5).

ERSKINE ACADEMY 61, LAWRENCE 47: Gavin Fanjoy scored 22 points to lead the Eagles (6-1) past the Bulldogs (1-5) in Fairfield.

Anthony Almeida of Lawrence was the only other player in double figures, finishing with 20 points.

TELSTAR 47, CARRABEC 41: Connor Deprey led the Rebels (2-4) with 24 points in a win over the Cobras (4-2) in North Anson.

Alex Doughty chipped in with 17 points.

Michael Steuber paced Carrabec with 16 points, while Pete Vicneire scored 12 and Colton Scheve finished with 11.

LEAVITT 49, WINSLOW 36: Jacob Gibbs scored all of his 15 points in the second half, helping the Hornets (4-3) pull away from the Black Raiders (3-3) in Turner.

Darren Flagg contributed 12 points and Colin Schlobohm had 11 for Leavitt, which broke a 17-17 halftime tie by outscoring Winslow 20-10 in the third quarter.

Noah Harding led Winslow with 14 points.

GIRLS BASKETBALL

LAWRENCE 68, ERSKINE ACADEMY 41: Maddie Provost and Ashley Shores combined for 29 of their team’s 30 points in the first half, starting the Bulldogs (5-1) on their way to a win over the Eagles (5-2) in South China.

Provost finished with 30 points, and Shores scored 15 of her 25 points in the first half.

Kienna Morse paced Erskine with 17 points, followed by Kelsie Dunn with 11.

MT. ABRAM 48, MADISON 29: Jenna Osgood, Autumn Emery and Stella Peterson combined for 38 points, and the Roadrunners (4-2) beat the Bulldogs (1-4) at the Augusta Civic Center.

Osgood led Mt. Abram with 14 points, while both Emery and Peterson scored 12.

Leah Harper tallied seven points for Madison.

FOREST HILLS 69, GREENVILLE 24: The Tigers (7-2) used a 29-point third quarter to pull away from the Lakers (1-6) in Jackman.

Morgan Daigle scored 22 points and Janessa Moffitt added 18.

Khloee Harris scored 10 points and Katie Hanson nine for Greenville.

DIRIGO 71, RICHMOND 17: Abigail Luczynski and Emma Witas each scored 18 points to lift the Cougars (4-3) over the Bobcats (1-4) in Richmond.

Madison Bradeen chipped in with 16 points.

Kaylynn Brilliant scored nine points for Richmond.

OAK HILL 62, BOOTHBAY 32: Grace Lough scored 11 of her 19 points in the third quarter, helping the Raiders (4-1) pulled away for a win over the Seahawks (3-2) in Wales.

Shelby Elwell added 13 points for Oak Hill, which trailed 2-1 after the first quarter before outscoring Boothbay 15-6 in the second quarter and 29-9 in the third.

Tatum French scored 14 points and Aryana Gray had 10 for Boothbay.

GIRLS HOCKEY

YARMOUTH/FREEPORT 9, LEWISTON CO-OP 4: Maya Nasveschuk recorded a hat trick for Yarmouth/Freeport (9-0-1) in a win over Lewiston/Lisbon/Monmouth/Morse/Mt. Ararat/Oak Hill (1-9) at Travis Roy Arena in Yarmouth.

Erin O’Connor scored twice, while Macy White, Dylan McElhinney, Celia Zinman and Adelaide Strout added a goal apiece.

BOYS HOCKEY

HAMPDEN CO-OP 5, HOULTON CO-OP 0: Aiden MacFarline notched a goal and two assists for Hampden/Ellsworth/MDI/Nokomis (2-2) in a win over Houlton/Southern Aroostook/Hodgdon/Katahdin (1-2) at Sawyer Arena in Bangor.

Colby Pangburn and Henry Armell each added a goal and an assist. Brody Miller and Miles Shields were the other goal scorers.

MONDAY’S BOYS BASKETBALL

OAK HILL 60, BOOTHBAY 53: Aiden Fortin scored eight of his 10 points in the fourth quarter as the Raiders (2-4) went on a 20-10 run to beat the Seahawks (1-5) in Boothbay Harbor.

Keeghan Morrissette led Oak Hill with 16 points. Braden New added 11.

Ethan Clark scored 13 points and Simeon Bates had 10 for Boothbay.
