I am writing this letter to express my deepest fears that this publication would repeatably print a full-page ad about the dissatisfaction out-of-state entities have with Hannaford supermarkets. I say fears because you are inciting violent behavior in unstable people who repeatedly see these false accusations.
How can we possibly forget the innocent UnitedHealthcare CEO, a husband and father who was gunned down in New York City by a deranged man, or the deaths of 16 innocent Jews celebrating Hanukkah on the beach in Australia — gunned down by an antisemitic Islamic terrorist, who probably had his views swayed by listening to the same rhetoric your paper is spouting.
The only reason you put it in your paper is because you were paid to print it. It speaks volumes about the fact that you would accept money to promote and slander.
I happen to love Hannaford supermarkets. They always have the freshest produce and amazing meats. I am so happy that they are in my neighborhood. I shop there all the time.
