William E. Weeks
THE VILLAGES, Fla. – William E. Weeks, 85, passed away in his home on Dec. 30, 2025, surrounded by family. Bill and his wife Barbara moved to The Villages, Fla., 25 years ago from Maine. He was a devoted family man, charismatic extrovert, and talented craftsman.
He was born in Gardiner, to Frank and Emma Weeks. He lives on through his loving wife of 63 years, Barbara, brother Leon (Dot), sister Sylvia, daughters, Kimberly and Karlene (Todd), granddaughters Kasei, Makayla, Megan (Brian), and Katie (Hunter), and great-granddaughter, Grace; along with many relatives and friends. He is now reunited in heaven with his parents and younger brother, Richie, and beloved family dogs.
Bill was a respected salesman, loyal sports fan, and hard worker who never stopped learning. He was always building or fixing something. He was an avid, skilled golfer and loved restoring classic cars (most notably his ’57 Chevy).
He will be missed and his loved ones carry with them so many wonderful memories. He is as happy in heaven as he was here on earth.
All are welcome to Bill’s Celebration of Life on Monday, Jan. 5, 2026, from 2-4 p.m., at Hiers-Baxley Funeral & Cremation Life Event Center – Buffalo Ridge at 3975 Wedgewood Ln, The Villages, FL 32162.
