Amy Quimby
WINSLOW – Amy Kay Quimby passed on Dec. 31, 2025, with her mother and oldest daughter at her side.
She was born July 10, 1981. to Dawn Quimby and Michael Sularie. She was raised in Winslow and graduated from Winslow High, class of 2000.
She worked in several different restaurants and general stores over the years. What she loved most in life was spending time with her kids and family, camping, and playing games.
She is survived by her three children, Jordanna and Kylee Hernandez, and Jacob Humphrey; her mother Dawn Lorom; and her brother Nathan Quimby; two nephews, Luke and Noah; many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
She was predeceased by her father Micheal Sularie, her stepfather, Steve Crommett, and her grandparents, Duke and Lillian Quimby.
A celebration of her life will be held at 1:30 p.m. Jan. 10 at the Fairfield Church of the Nazarene, 81 Main St. Fairfield, Maine.
