MAKE YOUR OWN BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP
It wouldn’t be a football party without a spicy centerpiece dip. Here’s our in-house recipe for a hearty classic.
Makes approximately 16 quarter-cup servings.
● 32 ounces cooked and shredded chicken breasts
● 16 ounces cream cheese, cut into cubes
● 1 cup buffalo wing sauce
● 1 cup blue cheese (not ranch!) dressing
● 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1. Combine everything except one half-cup cheddar cheese in a crock pot.
2. Cover and cook on LOW for three to four hours, stir occasionally to help the cream cheesemelt evenly and prevent the dip from burning.
3. Sprinkle remaining cheese, re-cover and cook for 10 minutes until melted.
