Donna M. Williams
CANAAN – Donna M. Williams, 75, of Canaan, passed away Dec. 16, 2025, at Maine General Medical Center in Augusta.
Donna was a graduate of Skowhegan Area High School Class of 1968, attending Somerset Academy in Athens in previous years. After graduation, Donna entered Una’s Academy of Cosmetology to earn her license in Cosmetology and employment with Una’s Beauty shop, as well as marrying her high school sweetheart, Jeff, in 1969. Donna decided to stay home with her girls as a homemaker for 13 years, and then reentered the work force at Edwards Co. in Pittsfield where she stayed for 18 years.
She loved going to camp with Jeff and their 4 wheeler adventures, their dog Dory always ready to ride.
Donna is survived by two daughters, Shelley L. Decker and husband Eric Decker of Waterville, Stacey C. Hartley of Canaan; three grandchildren, Scott C. Alley and fiancé Jenna Nesbit of Canaan, Lacianah C. Belanger and husband David J. Belanger II of Canaan, and Emily P. Baker and husband Justin L.H. Baker of Canaan; as well as three great grandchildren, Elijah J. Belanger of Canaan, Jax C. Alley of Canaan, and Peyton P. Baker of Canaan.
Donna was predeceased by her husband Jeffery B. Williams of Canaan; her parents Glen S. and Cora (Cody) M. Williams of Canaan; a sister Beverly A. Williams, her brother Halley G. Williams of Vero Beach Fla.; nephew William M. Williams of Vero Beach Fla., niece, Denise A. Williams of Vero Beach Fla.
Gone to be with the love of her life, so many lives here will be changed without that smile of hers. Selfishly, our hearts are broken, we all love you- rest in peace.
