Tyshawn Hall put up 21 points, seven rebounds and five assists while leading Madison to a 73-48 win over Boothbay in a Class D South boys basketball game Friday night in Madison.
Jacob Linkletter recorded a double-double, scoring 12 points and pulling down 10 rebounds. Finn Haynie contributed 15 points and Brayden Furbush had 10 for the Bulldogs (7-4).
Simeon Bates led Boothbay (3-10) with 13 points. Harry Hinckley finished with nine.
SPRUCE MOUNTAIN 82, OAK HILL 45: The Phoenix (11-2) raced to a 51-18 halftime lead on their way to a win over the Raiders (7-5) in Jay.
Dylan Jewett paced Spruce Mountain with 21 points. Owen Kelvey scored 16 and Cai Dougher finished with 14.
Braden New dropped in 15 points for Oak Hill. Braden Dubuc chipped in with 12.
GIRLS BASKETBALL
VALLEY 80, HALL-DALE 25: Kirsten Bigelow scored 30 points, Delia Hill added 23, and the Class S Cavaliers (12-1) rolled past the Class C Bulldogs (2-10) in Farmingdale.
Liana Hartwell chipped in with 11 points.
Sierra Gibbons scored 13 points for Hall-Dale.
