About Jordan
Jordan is a New England native and the creator behind @platesofportlandmaine, a Portland, Maine-based food and hospitality social media page. Founded in 2023, Plates of Portland, Maine LLC highlights the restaurants, brands, and people that make this city special. A Clemson University alum with a background in brand communications, Jordan blends strategy with creative storytelling. Her goal is to promote Portland’s food scene authentically, creatively, and always with a positive mindset.
About Katherine
Katherine Lee is the news and culture editor at the Press Herald. She’s previously worked at the Tampa Bay Times, the Birmingham Post-Herald, and the Tuscaloosa News, where she received the Pulitzer Prize in Breaking News in 2012. She and her husband live in South Portland, where they love to hike, indulge in movies, enjoy Greater Portland’s vibrant restaurant scene and explore as much of Maine’s beauty as they can.
