Patricia R. Gagne Brann Farrell
PALERMO – Patricia R. Gagne Brann Farrell, AKA: Mom, Nana, aunt, sister, cousin and friend. Her strong faith in Jesus and prayer was a source of comfort and strength to her and her family.
Cherished mother of three daughters, Debbie Trombley (Tom) Kary Farrell, Kelly Cloutier, devoted son-in-law, Adam; leaving behind a legacy of love, strength and devotion to family. Seven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins held a special place in her heart. Brothers, Raymond Brann, Dennis Brann; sisters, Pam Dutton, Doris Cookson and Martha Gibson.
Predeceased by her sisters, Carolyn Armstrong, Beth Brann and former husband Lucky Tim Farrell with which they shared many years and love which they both held for their family.
Patricia dedicated many years of service working at AMHI and Togus VA medical center where she retired. Her work reflected her caring nature and commitment to helping others, qualities that defined her both professionally and personally. Known for her strength, resilience, stubborn determination and unique sense of humor. Favorite pastime: playing cards for money (there are no friends or family during this activity). Playing the lottery. Loved sending and receiving mail, bird watching with her bottomless cup of coffee, biscuits, cheeseburgers, hotdogs. and reading the daily KJ, solving crossword puzzle and checking the obituaries (you finally made the newspaper).
Celebration of life to be held June 27, 2026, 12-3 p.m., at The Cloutier Home, 80 Lucky Lane, Palermo.
Mom kept a book of dates therefore not missing an opportunity to celebrate loved ones (you know who you are) come join us! Together we will share memories and her love.
