Rouss Oliver, 3, of Pittsfield, passes through the rotunda Thursday while patronizing the Pittsfield Public Library with his mother, Isabel Oliver and brother Ezra Oliver, 1, in Pittsfield. The building, which opened in 1904, was funded by Andrew Carnegie. It’s on the National Register of Historic Places.
