Children take a plunge into the Calumet Playground pool Wednesday in Augusta on the second day of its summer opening. All three public pools in Augusta are scheduled to open this week and offer swimming between Tuesday and Saturday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., according to lifeguards.
