AUGUSTA — Pine Cone Reelers Square Dance Club of Augusta recently elected the following officers for the 2012-13 year: Carlene and Gene Kaler, presidents; Jean Andreasen and Wally Paquette, vice presidents; Donna Cheney, secretary; Clif Andreasen, treasurer, and Buddy and Teddy Ware, alternate treasurers.

Youth club leaders attend Fla. conference

ORLANDO — Three local Modern Woodmen youth service club members recently attended the Modern Woodmen of America’s Merit Club Leadership Conference in Orlando.

They are Betty MacWhinnie of Litchfield, a club leader for 20 years; Monique A. Allen of Augusta, a club leader for 19 years; and Eloise Merrifield of Litchfield, a club leader for 23 years.

Club announces new members

LITCHFIELD — The Litchfield Sportsmen’s Club has announced its new members. They are Dustin Brown, Britteny Robichaud, Daniel Bergeron, Laurie Bergeron, Gloria Perry, Gary Perry Jr. and Debbie Leet.
