BOSTON – Christopher Abbott of Boston received a juris doctor degree summa cum laude from Suffolk University Law School.

At the university, Abbott was editor-in-chief of the Transnational Law Review and a member of the Foreign Direct Investment International Moot Court team. He also received the Law Faculty Outstanding Student Award for the day division.

He has a bachelor’s degree from American University.

A graduate of Maranacook Community School, Abbott is the son of Tamara Cooper of Manchester, Maine, and David Abbott of Uxbridge, Mass.

He and his wife, Katherine Abbott, reside in Boston.
