FARMINGTON — The Franklin County Chamber of Commerce will host its 18th annual Home and Leisure Show from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at the Farmington Fairgrounds. Admission is free via the Maple Avenue entrance.
The Healthy Community Coalition mobile health unit will provide free body composition analysis. The screening takes five minutes and provides information on the percentage of fat to muscle and overall wellness.
The event’s partners are follows. Platinum partners: WKTJ, Franklin Savings Bank, and Turner Publishing; gold partners: Daily Bulldog, Camden National Bank, Hammond Lumber, Morning Sentinel, Sun Journal, Irregular, Franklin Journal, Walmart, and Down East Energy.
The Emblem Club will provide food and refreshments and local songwriter/singer James Rossi and Abram Audio organized open mic and karaoke entertainment. A silent auction and demonstrations are scheduled throughout the day including the Franklin County Cloggers.
