Dana Hernandez is smart, politically savvy and able to bring people with differing ideas together to get things done. She understands the issues voters are struggling with and, has the passion to devote her energies to solving the problems facing this state.

Hernandez has the experience we need a senator to possess. She formed Mainely Moms and Dads to advocate for getting deadly chemicals out of baby bottles and children’s toys and worked tirelessly to be sure environmental protections passed unanimously by the Legislature weren’t rolled back by the governor.

She serves on the Waterville Planning Board and graduated from the Emerge leadership training program for candidates.

She’s knocked on doors, attended town meetings and events and understands the issues the 99 percent are facing. For all those reasons and more, Hernandez has my vote for Senate District 25 on June 12.
