Crocker and his companion Sherri Hannan of Nobleboro; his grandchildren, Lilly and Ruby Spencer, Erin Crocker, Alexander and Cassie Trask, Bradley and Siarah Bailey; brother-in-law Robin Lemar and wife Martha of Winthrop, sister-in-law, Vicki Fraser of Gardiner.

Tony worked for LL Bean, Progressive Distributors and Audette’s Hardware. His knowledge of guns was quite impressive. But his favorite was talking about muzzle loaders!! He loved helping customers or a friend with a muzzle loader question. Some of his happiest

moments were spent tearing a muzzle loader apart.

He loved hunting. Did not matter which season it was you could find him somewhere in the woods .He guided many people thru the years and was good at it. He guided many clients thru “Northeast Wilderness Outfitters “ for his good friend Chip Woodman. A client from Russia was so impressed that he wrote a five page article in a magazine about his hunting trip with Tony.

He had a very good friend Stu Clark from Eagle Bridge , New York that came over and stayed with us every year for the last twenty years. They hunted hard those weeks every year and Tony looked so forward to that time. It was always a special time for Tony.

He was a member of the Monmouth Fish and Game and just received his life time membership. He held many positions during the forty plus years he was a member. He was currently vice president and rarely missed a meeting. He was dedicated and liked helping when they had their flea market event. He took a lot of interest in the firing range and held the MFG range instructor at times thru out his life.

He was a registered Maine Guide, an outdoor education instructor, he belonged to the Maine Bowhunters Association and was a certified bowhunter instructor to name a few of his accomplishments.

He served a total of 26 years in the military with time spent in the Air Force and later in the US Army Reserves 76th division. He was a dedicated man to his country and showed that in his everyday life.

He belonged to the Ancient Ones of Maine and enjoyed going to the yearly rendezvous. He loved being involved with the group and went and had a tattoo put on his arm. They have monthly shoots with muzzle loaders and Tony rarely missed one. He would be so proud to tell the story of how the shoot went and where he placed in the shooting order and what his score was. We want to thank Ray Hamilton for always being such a good friend. Tony did very well at the shoots and we still have the playing card he hit dead center at one event!

He belonged to the Good Ol’ Boys hunting club. He enjoyed all the hunting events and spending time getting together for morning coffee with them all. He thought the world of Hugh and Doris LeMaster who were always such good friends to him.

He was a loving husband and father. He so enjoyed having family over and having a good meal. We would sit around and play card games after the meal and he so enjoyed that time spent with his family. He loved his dogs Chance from years ago and Kaylee that he had for ten years and lost in 2019 and his baby girl Miss Sally that he just adopted a year ago.

He was a good person, a loving husband and father, a good provider, an honest person that had strong values and will be greatly missed by all that knew him. And last he would want to say to Chip Woodman , Rick Stevens , Stu Clark, Ray Hamilton, Rick Dyer and Dave Currie thank you for being the best friends a man could have.

A graveside service with military honors will be held at the Maine Veterans Memorial Cemetery at a later date.
