IN NEW PORTLAND, Monday at 4:53 p.m., Ronald A. Hutchins, 39, of New Portland, was arrested on charges of operating under the influence, refusing to sign a criminal summons and operating beyond license restrictions.

IN SKOWHEGAN, Saturday at 7:04 p.m., George Stephen Goodwin, 42, of Clinton, was arrested on a charge of violation of a protection order.

Sunday at 1:40 a.m., Shauna Jean Beck, 36, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a probation hold.

6:47 a.m., Jillian T. Jones, of Bingham, 22, was arrested on charges of misuse of the E-911 system and violation of condition of release.

Monday at 9:38 p.m., David Norman Doucette, 27, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a charge of failure to appear.

Tuesday at 9:56 a.m., Howard Charles Hatchell, 39, of Madison, was arrested on a probation hold.
