I want to thank the people involved for the wonderful job done on my house through the Fairfield CDBG Housing and Replacement Program Grant. They did some rehabilitation/weatherization things that will help me with heating costs.

I’m a retired educator finding it mighty difficult to survive on the shrinking teacher’s pension. I’m very thankful that I qualified for this program. The excellent work was done by a local contractor.

After raising my son, getting degrees for education and surviving on my own, it felt so good to finally have a bit of help. This program is an excellent way of showing that the town of Fairfield is interested in its own people and making the town a nice place to live.
