“Music for Mavis” Tuesdays at the Gazebo will return starting May 25at the Turner Public Library on Matthew’s Way.

The Gazebo Committee extends warm greetings to its music lovers, and invites you to join us in the upcoming Gazebo season.

Tuesday Gazebo hours will remain 6:30 to 8 p.m. in August and 6-7:30 p.m. in September. Please sit with those you rode in with (or your pod) otherwise, establish and maintain at least a 6-foot distance to others.

Masks are encouraged for entering and leaving the space, and when donating, if you feel vulnerable or compromised please wear a mask full-time. No one may approach the band or Gazebo.

A donation announcement will encourage sharing, organizers usually pass the hat and there will be a big milk can for donations as attendees approach or leave the music field, near the parking lot. Donations will be used for future programing. It will be how the band is acknowledged, and lets us know you want music. This is our only source of revenue, plus donations from some businesses.

Please stay home and take care if you don’t feel well, or have possibly been exposed to the virus.

A rain venue is not available, so performers will probably carry on in the mist; bring your umbrella.
