Many Mainers, including me, are concerned about children and their education during this pandemic. We are all aware that remote learning is a hardship for many children and for their parents.
Fortunately there is something we all can do to help. We can wear masks, use social distancing, and, for long-term wellness, almost all of us can get vaccinated.
The sooner we all can do this, the sooner we all can be back to some sort of normal. Those who are concerned about getting vaccinated should see their physician. Make an appointment to get vaccinated at www.maine.gov/covid19/vaccines.
