MaryJo Merrifield

AUGUSTA – MaryJo Merrifield, 49, of Water Street, died August 14, 2021 at her residence after an extended illness. She was born on May 10, 1972 in Augusta. She grew up and went to school in Jefferson.She was a friend to many as well as a mom to all in the neighborhood as her kids grew up.MaryJo had many jobs throughout her life, watching the neighborhood kids, cleaning houses, and was also employed by Sylvania in Waldoboro as a mechanic. MaryJo is survived by her longtime companion Daniel H. Warren III (Trean to most); her daughter Brooke (Merrifield) Adams and husband Scott Adams and their daughter Evelyn Adams, her daughter April Merrifield; her mother Carol Wood; her nephew Tyler Davis and niece Kayla Lavigne.There are no planned visiting hours and no planned service.
