Emily Herbold, 26, of Belfast, assault and criminal trespass, Nov. 30, 2011, both in Augusta; 30-day jail sentence.

Moises R. Pujols, 27, of Pittsfield, domestic violence reckless conduct and domestic violence assault, both Jan. 7 and violating condition of release and domestic violence terrorizing, both Jan. 23, all in Augusta; 364-day jail sentence, all but 10 days suspended, two years’ probation.

John Rastelli, 39, of Augusta, criminal trespass and violating condition of release, both Dec. 16, 2011, in Randolph; 48-hour jail sentence.

Melanie L. Therrien, 24, of Livermore, attaching false plates July 6, 2011, in Fayette; 24-hour jail sentence.

Samuel Warner, 40, of Augusta, operating after habitual offender revocation Jan. 21 in Augusta; $500 fine, 30-day jail sentence.
