AUGUSTA — Several people were sentenced Tuesday in separate hearings in Kennebec County Superior Court:

• Michael B. Bakeman, 20, of Sidney, cultivating marijuana July 22, 2011, in Oakland; six-month jail sentence, $400 fine.

• Nathan M. Feix, 22 of Waterville, theft by unauthorized use of property April 8, 2011, in Winslow; six-month jail sentence.

• David Frappier, 40, of Belgrade, forgery April 26, 2011, in Belgrade; 30-day jail sentence.

• Walter Edwin Hatfield, 57, of Warren, burglary March 4, 2010, in Augusta; 30-month jail sentence concurrent to a Cumberland County sentence he is now serving and $1,060 restitution.

• Theotis James Lee Leonard, 25, of New Britain, Conn., trafficking in cocaine Sept. 13, 2011, in Waterville; four-year jail sentence, all but six months suspended, three years of probation, $400 fine.

• Jason D. Swanson, 20, of Lynnwood, Mass., possession of marijuana May 4, 2011, in Sidney; $500 fine.

• Buffi J. Thibeau, 32, of Oakland, three counts of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs June 22, 2011, in Waterville; four-month jail sentence and $1,200 fine.

• Maxim Turmelle, 21, of Waterville, burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Sept. 6, 2011, in Waterville; three-year jail sentence, all but 65 days suspended, two years of probation; $40 restitution.

• Tyler Uehling, 23, of Sioux City, Iowa, eluding an officer, operating under the influence and theft by unauthorized use of property Nov. 20, 2011, in Waterville; three-year jail sentence, all but six months suspended, two years of probation, $1,500 restitution, $500 fine, 90-day license suspension.

• Deena B. Whited, 62, of Unity, criminal conspiracy Sept. 13, 2010, in Waterville; four-year jail sentence, all but 90 days suspended, two years of probation; $400 fine.

• Tavia A. Whitney, 20, of Winslow, theft by receiving stolen property and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Jan. 22, 2011, in China; 364-day jail sentence, all suspended, one year of probation, $1,390 restitution.
