WATERVILLE — Local students were recently named to the 2011 fall semester dean’s list at Colby College. Students whose grade-point averages were 3.61 or higher were named to the dean’s list.

The following students earned dean’s list status:

Caitlyn M. Lancaster, a senior majoring in biology, is the daughter of Dale and Deborah Lancaster of Cornville. She is a Skowhegan Area High School graduate.

Stephanie-Ann M. LaRose, a senior majoring in psychology, is the daughter of Frances LaRose of South China. She is a Erskine Academy graduate.

Sierra N. Medling, a senior majoring in religious studies, is the daughter of Christine Tropeano of Farmington. She is a Mount Blue High School graduate.

Ashley J. Oliver, a senior majoring in biology, is the daughter of Alton and Patricia Oliver of South China. She is an Erskine Academy graduate .

Nicole G. Sintetos, a senior majoring in American studies, is the daughter of Anthony and Sharon Sintetos of Winslow. She is a Stevenson School graduate.

Miles C. de Klerk, a junior majoring in American studies, is the son of Peter de Klerk and Lynne Conner of Waterville. He is a Taylor Allderdice High School graduate.

Jennifer R. Hale, a junior majoring in biology with a neuroscience concentration, is the daughter of Gregory and Pamela Hale of Waterville. She is a Waterville Senior High School graduate.

Daniel K. Hussey, a junior majoring in science, technology, and society, is the son of Robert and Sandra Hussey of Waterville. He is a Phillips Academy graduate.

Lauren M. Kerr, a junior majoring in global studies, is the daughter of Robert and Kathleen Kerr of Farmington. She is a Mount Blue High School graduate.

Samantha G. Lessard, a junior majoring in chemistry with a concentration in cell and molecular biology/biochemistry, is the daughter of Glenda Lessard of Waterville. She is a Lawrence High School graduate.

Alexandra K. McAuliff, a junior majoring in global studies, is the daughter of Andrew and Anne McAuliff of Waterville. She is a Waterville Senior High School graduate.

Chelsea R. Tyler, a junior majoring in English, is the daughter of Mark and Pamela Tyler of Oakland. She is a Messalonskee High School graduate.
