TOPSHAM — The American Cancer Society is looking for residents from all areas of Somerset County to become volunteers in the fight against cancer.
The Society is in need of individuals to serve as Road to Recovery drivers. This program matches volunteer drivers with cancer patients to provide safe reliable transportation to and from cancer treatment. Volunteer drivers need to have a reliable vehicle, a driver’s license, proof of insurance and must attend a training session.
Following training, volunteers can commit as many or as few hours as their schedule provides.
