A listing Sunday on page B3 should have reported that Nicole Lynn Seitz-Bussey was summoned. She is accused of violating conditions of release. It was a reporter’s error.

Arrest charge

A June 25, 2011, listing should have reported that Madison resident Wayne Larry Parlin’s arrest was on a charge of failure to appear in court. The underlying charge was operating under the influence.
