Stone Mountain Arts Center will host The Weight Band at 8 p.m. Saturday, May 14, at the center at 695 Dugway Road in Brownfield.
Band members include Jim Weider, Michael Bram, Brian Mitchell, Albert Rogers and Matt Zeiner.
After years of touring, the band has released a new album of original material, packaged for today’s Americana base and capturing The Band’s rich musical tradition. Released in February 2018, “World Gone Mad” is an Americana/Roots Rock masterpiece of the Woodstock sound.
