FARMINGTON — The Why Can’t Johnny Be Good at Home? workshop will be from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 27, at Franklin County Children’s Task Force, 113 Church St.

There will be a $20 stipend for parents, and dinner and childcare will be provided.

Participants will gain an understanding of some causes of challenging behaviors and approaches that can be made at home that work for the whole family.
