WATERVILLE — Sustain Mid Maine, Efficiency Maine and the communities of Waterville and Winslow will host an informational session about home energy upgrades and financing options at 6:30 tonight at the City Council Chambers.

The session will cover the new PACE low-interest home energy loans available to homeowners in communities throughout central Maine, free home energy assessments and rebates that are available on home energy audits for area residents through a special grant program offered by Sustain Mid Maine.
