Dolores Rioux fills a bird feeder on the porch of her Monmouth farmhouse Monday beneath blue skies and in temperatures in the 50s. Rioux reported she is taking full advantage of the unseasonably mild weather.  “I hope it lasts,” she said.  “I can go feed my chickens.”
