The Jay, Livermore, Livermore Falls Chamber of Commerce is set to host its annual Olde Fashioned Christmas Festival Friday, Saturday and Sunday, Dec. 2-4, at Boothby’s Orchard & Farm on 366 Boothby Road in Livermore.
The festival is set for 4-7 p.m. Dec. 2, 2-7 p.m. Dec. 3 and 2-5 p.m. Dec. 4.
There are many opportunities to give to a favorite charity and support the community, such as the the festival of trees and wreaths in the barn, and cookies and cocoa for a donation.
Tickets will be available for purchase to win trees. The proceeds from tickets sold and donations will go directly to local needs and organizations, according to a news release from Christine Fournier, administrative director for the chamber.
Those who attend also can warm up by the campfires, weather permitting. Bring family and dress warm for this free, outdoor celebration.

We believe it's important to offer commenting on certain stories as a benefit to our readers. At its best, our comments sections can be a productive platform for readers to engage with our journalism, offer thoughts on coverage and issues, and drive conversation in a respectful, solutions-based way. It's a form of open discourse that can be useful to our community, public officials, journalists and others.
We do not enable comments on everything — exceptions include most crime stories, and coverage involving personal tragedy or sensitive issues that invite personal attacks instead of thoughtful discussion.
