WORCESTER, Mass. — Melissa Pierce and Lored Asllani were married July 24, 2010, at St. Mary’s Assumption in Worcester, Mass.
The bride is the daughter of Lynn and Nancy Pierce of Jefferson, Maine. The groom is the son of Kujtim and Klementina Asllani who are originally from Albania and now reside in Worcester, Mass.
Jennifer Albee was matron of honor. Sabrina Pierce was a bridesmaid. Isabella Pierce was the flower girl.
Kleodor Asllani was best man. Drew Pierce was an usher.
A reception was held at Pleasant Valley Country Club in Sutton, Mass.
Mrs. Asllani is a 2000 graduate of Erskine Academy and a 2004 graduate of St. Anselm College. Mr. Asllani is a 1998 graduate of Wachusett Regional High School and a 2002 graduate of Clark University. Both Mr. and Mrs. Asllani are graduate students at Duke University.
The couple took a wedding trip to Ocho Rios, Jamaica and live in Durham, N.C.
