The Doppelbloopers, an improv comedy show, is set for 7:30. p.m. Saturday, Jan. 21, in the Annex of the Chocolate Church Art Center, 804 Washington St. in Bath.
The musical guest is Karen Gray, winner of the 2022 Maine Songwriters Association Songwriting contest.
Specializing in “Whose Line” style comedy shows, the troupe performs a series of short scenes that they make up on the spot based on audience suggestions. Every show is completely different, and none of the actors know ahead of time what is going to happen.
This show will feature both musical and non-musical scenes performed by Kendray Rodriguez, Cathy Matero, Andy Shatto, Courtney Babbidge, Ellie Hawks, Marc Rodriguez, Letia Fowlie, Vince Shatto, and Greg Hawks. The show is hosted by Larry Moore.
Tickets cost $18 in advance or $22 day of show.

We believe it's important to offer commenting on certain stories as a benefit to our readers. At its best, our comments sections can be a productive platform for readers to engage with our journalism, offer thoughts on coverage and issues, and drive conversation in a respectful, solutions-based way. It's a form of open discourse that can be useful to our community, public officials, journalists and others.
We do not enable comments on everything — exceptions include most crime stories, and coverage involving personal tragedy or sensitive issues that invite personal attacks instead of thoughtful discussion.
