The office of the state superintendent of insurance is holding a series of meetings to hear public comment about the rate increase requested by Anthem Blue Cross. The next meeting in central Maine will be 4-6 p.m. Monday in the Androscoggin Room at the Department of Professional and Financial Regulation at 76 Northern Ave., Gardiner.

Bureau staff will provide information about the rate review process 30 minutes before the public comment session.
