Century 21 Real Estate LLC recently recognized local sales affiliate with the Century 21 2022 Quality Service Pinnacle Producer Award.
Kim Moxcey of Century 21 Nason Realty Inc., in Winslow, will receive a customized glass trophy and be recognized at the Century 21 Global Conference, according to a news release from Century 21.
The annual award is based on results from a survey emailed to consumers immediately after the purchase or sale of a home. To earn the award an agent must receive completed customer surveys for at least 80% of their transactions surveyed from Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, with an average survey score of 95% or better for two consecutive years.
Moxcey also ranked fourth in Maine for Century 21 closed sales for 2022.
