The family-friendly Silver Circus is coming to the Franco stage at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 8, at the 46 Cedar St. center in Lewiston.
This one-person circus show led by Andrew Silver will feature magic, juggling, physical comedy, and audience participation. The event sponsors are Lewiston Auburn Children’s Foundation and Emerson Chevrolet.
Silver’s shows are memorable, not only for the display of his expertise, art, and dexterity, but also for the thematic, story-telling components in every performance. Through his storytelling, he invites the audience to think about mental and physical habits that lead to success and how to deal with failures and challenges in a healthy and positive way.
Tickets cost $15-$20 for adults, $7-$15 for children.
For tickets, or more information, call 207-689-2000, or visit francocenter.org.

We believe it's important to offer commenting on certain stories as a benefit to our readers. At its best, our comments sections can be a productive platform for readers to engage with our journalism, offer thoughts on coverage and issues, and drive conversation in a respectful, solutions-based way. It's a form of open discourse that can be useful to our community, public officials, journalists and others.
We do not enable comments on everything — exceptions include most crime stories, and coverage involving personal tragedy or sensitive issues that invite personal attacks instead of thoughtful discussion.
