Not prosecuted

The Kennebec County District Attorney’s Office says it is declining at this time to prosecute a charge of domestic-violence assault against James Murray, 39, of 12 Greenwood Ave., Waterville, based on insufficient evidence. Murray was charged by Waterville Police on March 29.
