Arrests

IN WATERVILLE, Tuesday at 6:35 p.m., Sadie Davis, 22, of 13 Oak St., Apt. 5, arrested on five warrants, at the Police Department.

Wednesday at 1:40 a.m., Charles Simone, 36, of 10 Breakneck Road, Veernon, N.J., arrested on a charge of operating under the influence, on Silver Street.

5:22 a.m., Damien Raymond, 27, of 3 Front Court, arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault, on Front Place.

Not prosecuted

The Kennebec County District Attorney’s Office says it is declining at this time to prosecute a charge of domestic-violence assault against James Murray, 39, of 12 Greenwood Ave., Waterville, based on insufficient evidence. Murray was charged by Waterville Police on March 29.
