Arrests:

IN WATERVILLE, Thursday at 9:19 p.m., Amanda York, 18, of 6 Kidder St., Oakland, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault at MaineGeneral Medical Center on North Street.

Friday, no time given, Jessica Philbrick, 21, of 40 High St., Oakland, was arrested on a warrant on College Avenue.

9:07 p.m., Judith C. Kelley, 67, of 26 Crestwood Drive, Apt. 7F, Waterville, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence on West River Road.

Saturday at 12:18 a.m., Richard E. Knights, 49, of 215 Brann Road, Vassalboro, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence at JFK Plaza.
