The Hallowell Citizens Initiative Committee will host a garden tour fundraiser from 9 a.m. to noon. Saturday, July 22.
The $20 cost per person gets tickets at the Hubbard Free Library at 115 Second St., and Granite Hill Estates at 60 Balsam Drive. Tickets also can be purchased on event day at Granite Hill Estates.
Garden tour locations include Granite Hill Estates, 60 Balsam Drive; the Vaughan Homestead, 2 Litchfield Road; Karen Simpson, 77 Central St.; and Donna’s Garden, 263 Winthrop St.
All garden tour proceeds will go to create a permanent display for Hallowell’s iconic weathervane.
