ST. ALBANS — Kristin Overton, the executive director of nonprofit SKILLS Inc., has been named to the Maine Association of Community Service Providers board of directors.
She sits on the board as a representative of Community & Work Support providers.

“I am pleased to join the MACSP Board and take a more active role in their important advocacy and education work which helps members build and sustain quality services for thousands of Mainers with intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, or acquired brain injuries,” said Overton, in a news release from the nonprofit.
Overton has served as executive director of St. Albans-based SKILLS since 2022 and has worked in the human services sector since 2006.
The Maine Association for Community Service Providers is an association of organizations that provide supports and services to children and adults with intellectual disabilities, autism and brain injuries in Maine. SKILLS, Inc. is a member of MACSP.
