Patricia Mounce

WINSLOW – Today we lost a wife, mother, and a sister. Patricia Mounce, 65, passed away peacefully at her home with her family by her side on Nov. 25, 2023 after a brief illness. Patricia “Patty” was born on May 17, 1958, in Waterville to Helen and Joseph Lewis.

She graduated from Lawrence High School and went on to live the way she wanted to live. She was a homemaker but she worked a lot of odd jobs, the recent being at The Freedom General Store and The Circle K in China. She loved to work in the kitchen at both jobs and she took pride in the food she served to her customers.

Patricia loved scrapbooking, knitting, yard sales, and her favorite was playing miniature golf. She would give the biggest smile when she won, she had a very contagious laugh.

Patricia was predeceased by her mother and father Joseph and Helen Lewis; her brothers Steve and Darrell Lewis, sister-in-law Julie Lewis; grandparents; and many aunts and uncles

Patty is survived by her husband Richard Mounce; sons Matthew Sylvester, Michael Corson, and Travis Coro, her “Lil Sis” Shelly Willey; her Uncle Robert Colford; her best friend Rhonda Carroll; grandchildren and cousins.

At Patty’s request there will be no visitation and at this time no funeral is scheduled. We want to thank Lawry Brothers Funeral Home in Fairfield for helping the family through a difficult time.
