The Greater Augusta AARP Chapter 511 recently donated $350 to the Meals on Wheels program at the William S. Cohen Community Center in Hallowell.
The money was raised in 2023 through member participation in two auctions.
Priscilla Costello, president of Greater Augusta AARP Chapter 511, presented the check to Donna Schwab, nutrition coordinator of Meals on Wheels, during the April chapter meeting held at the center.
