On June 11 Readfield voters get to choose two Select Board members from among three candidates. I hope you will join me by voting for both current vice-chair Sean Keegan and volunteer Jaaron Shaw, who is ready to serve us.

These two individuals tick the following key boxes:

Keegan and Shaw are fiscally responsible and committed to the kinds of town services that make our community a vibrant, attractive, and healthy place to live for families, elders, and newcomers.

Both are smartly focused on our long-term needs and also wisely maintaining our existing assets.

Each are personally involved in several areas as town volunteers and they value and honor the numerous contributions of our many other volunteers.

Importantly, both can be expected to attend meetings and hearings well prepared and are open minded to contributed input.

Let’s reelect Sean Keegan and elect Jaaron Shaw to serve all Readfield residents.
