AUGUSTA — The American Lung Association’s Freedom from Smoking program is set to be offered for free from 2:30-4:30 p.m. Mondays, Sept. 9 through Oct. 28, at the Alfond Center for Health, classroom 3, at 35 Medical Center Parkway.
The program offers tools to overcome tobacco addiction and quit for good. It features a step-by-step plan for quitting, and each session is designed to help one gain control.
