WATERVILLE — Sadie Williams scored the game’s only goal as the Waterville girls soccer team defeated Lawrence 1-0 on Saturday.
Roselyn Martin made 11 saves in goal for Waterville (5-6), while Zoe Hutchins had 12 for Lawrence (4-4-1).
POLAND 4, OAK HILL 3: Four different players scored as the Knights won in Poland.
Arianna Gammon, Graceyn Camire, Emma Culleton and Addison Gravel scored for Poland (5-6-1), while Olivia Austin had two assists and goalkeeper Olivia Rioux made six saves.
Sydney Wood, Eliana Smith and Audrey Custer scored for Oak Hill (3-7-1), and Delia Gosselin added an assist. MacKenzie Vattaso had 10 saves in goal.
BOYS SOCCER
WATERVILLE 9, LAWRENCE 0: Hunter Willet had three goals and Garrett Gendreau had two goals and three assists in a victory in Waterville.
Hamad Alsaleh, Tom Labbe, Fernando Triguero and Eli Kerr each added a goal for the Purple Panthers (10-1-0). Dustin Bearce had nine saves.
Landen Grip had four saves for the Bulldogs (0-11-0).
POLAND 1, OAK HILL 0: Oliver Olson’s second-half goal made the difference as the Knights won in Poland.
Eliot Rioux made five saves in goal for Poland (5-7), while Wyatt Blier had six for Oak Hill (4-8).
