It is common knowledge that Trump’s a compulsive liar. He’s lied thousands of times. The idiom “A man’s word is his bond” doesn’t apply to Trump, whose word can never be trusted.
He can’t be trusted to give correct information during Hurricane Helene and Hurricane Milton. Remember 2019? Then President Trump altered Hurricane Dorian’s trajectory map with a Sharpie. Shortly after Hurricane Dorian Trump diverted FEMA funds to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement for detention facility beds. In 2017 Trump botched the relief efforts and downplayed damage to Puerto Rico from Hurricane Maria. In 2017 Texas Hurricane Harvey caused 88 Deaths and $125 billion in damages. Trump joked that “Texas made a fortune” after Hurricane Harvey.
Trumps blatant dishonesty and lack of empathy make him unfit for the office he seeks. He’s already spreading seeds of doubt about the upcoming election just like he spreads false hurricane information. We can’t believe Trump’s word.
