AUGUSTA — The University of Maine at Augusta has ranked number one in Maine in the Military Times’ recently released 2024 Best for Vets: Colleges rankings, the largest and most comprehensive annual list recognizing the top colleges and universities for military service members and veterans, according to a news release from the university.
The university also ranked eighth in the Northeast and islands, 21st for offering both in-person and online courses, 75th in public institutions and 96th overall nationwide.
