Robert A. Paradis

AUGUSTA – Robert A. Paradis, 75, of Augusta, succumbed to the effects of Parkinson’s Disease on Dec. 18, 2024, at the Woodlands Senior Living Facility in Waterville. Born in Augusta August 20, 1949 to the late Antonio and Loretta (Grondin) Paradis. Bob graduated from Cony High School in 1967 and Hussen College in 1971. Robert worked in the Department of Audit for the State of Maine. He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Sharon Ann, and his brother Louis of South Carolina.

Relatives and friends may visit on Sunday, December 22, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., at Plummer Funeral Home, 16 Pleasant St., Augusta where officers and members of the Calumet Club are asked to meet at 6 p.m., to recite prayers for their departed member and members of Abnaki Assembly # 346 Fourth Degree Knights of Columbus are asked to meet at 5:30 p.m., to prepare the Posting of the Guard for Brother Knight Paradis. Abnaki Council #334 Third Degree Knights of Columbus will recite prayers at 6:15 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, December 23, at 10 a.m., at St. Augustine Catholic Church, Northern Ave., Augusta. Burial will be in Holy Family Cemetery in the spring.
