WATERVILLE — MaineGeneral Audiology’s Sarah Basquez, Lisa Dayringer and Mary Anne Booth plan to give a talk about hearing loss, its signs and side effects, as well as the management of tinnitus (ringing in the ears).
The event is set for 5-6 p.m. Thursday, May 1, at the Thayer Center for Health, 149 North St.
Attendees can learn about the difference between prescription hearing aids and over-the-counter hearing aids. Hearing screenings will also be provided after the presentation.
